Customer Support Analyst

Job Scope:

As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing in depth technical support of Portico™ Systems’ products for our customers.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Provide issue management for our customers by working in our Customer Support Department. The Customer Support Analyst should have the following abilities:

·        Work in a fast paced environment

·        Handle triage of multiple issues on a given day

·        Manage issue priority

·        Verification and testing of reported issues

·        Excellent troubleshooting skills

·        Support Installation/Deployment triage for customer fixes

·        Provide back up for department leads

·        Maintaining customer relationships

 

Qualifications:

 

·        Minimum 2 years product support/business analyst experience in a software development environment

·        Knowledge of Java, Java Servlets, JSP, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML/Applets a plus

·        Knowledge of XML, XSLT, XSL-FO a plus

·        Knowledge of  Jython a plus

·        Knowledge of Relational Databases, specifically Oracle 9, other databases a plus

·        Knowledge of querying tools  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self motivated with desire for continuous learning

·        Ability to work in team environment

·        Ability to set goals and deliver on commitments

·        Knowledge of Healthcare industry is a plus

·        Prior customer support experience or product support experience
