The Portico Education and Training Center (PETC) is committed to developing and delivering innovative training solutions that enable our clients to achieve a comprehensive understanding of Portico’s products and implementation standards. The lessons learned in these courses will aid in the successful delivery of Portico Solutions.

These courses, which are designed for business and technical professionals, are ideal for attendees that are on the verge of becoming new Portico Systems’ clients, thereby enabling a faster value realization of your provider management investment. Additionally, these courses are perfectly suited for existing Portico Clients that would like to stay up-to-date with the new features and benefits associated with the Portico Platform.

Course Descriptions:

Core Product Seminar

This course is ideal for business and technical users. This is a 2-day, instructor-led course with hands-on Portico application training. The focus of this course enables attendees to understand the basic concepts, processes and technical underpinnings of the Portico Platform.

Advanced Product Seminar

This course is ideal for technical users and should be taken in conjunction with the Core Product Seminar. This is a 3-day, instructor-led course with hands-on Portico application training. The focus of this course enables attendees to understand Portico’s data model, workflow engine, rules engine, security, troubleshooting and integration capabilities.

In addition to our standard course offerings above, Portico partners with our clients to develop custom, finely tuned courses to address specific training needs.
