Course Descriptions:

Fundamentals of Integrated Provider Management (IPM)

This 2-day course is designed to support business and technical users, implementation teams, developers, and support personnel who are involved with IPM Platform implementation. The training consists of instructor-led, hands-on topics offering students up-to-date knowledge and hands-on experience with the IPM Platform. The focus of this course enables attendees to understand the basic concepts, processes and technical underpinnings of the IPM Platform.

Technical Fundamentals of Integrated Provider Management (IPM)

This 3-day course is designed to support technical users, implementation teams and developers and should be taken in conjunction with the Fundamentals of IPM course. This is an instructor-led course with hands-on IPM application training. The focus of this course enables attendees to understand MHS's data model, workflow engine, rules engine, security, troubleshooting and integration capabilities.

Fundamentals of Provider Contracting

These courses are designed for the various Contract Manager users including those viewing, administrating, and managing contracts. The training consists of instructor-led, hands-on topics offering students up-to-date knowledge and hands-on experience with MHS Contract Manager. The focus of the courses includes providing basic knowledge to be an effective Contract Manager user, creating and managing contracts, and library management.

Fundamentals of Clinical Collaboration

This 1 day course is designed for all Clinical Manager users including clinicians and office staff. This is an instructor-led course with hands-on Clinical Manager application training. The focus of this course enables attendees to get started using the Clinical Manager and provides the basic knowledge needed to become an effective Clinical Manger user.

Custom Designed Seminar

This custom designed course allows MHS to partner with our clients to develop custom, finely-tuned courses to address specific training needs.
