FastTrack project methodology is deliverable based and consists of three parallel tracks. The first, "Operations Track", is focused on defining the business requirements of your Network Performance Management solution, testing the quality of the configured solution and preparing your business for the solution's implementation. The second, "Technology Track", is focused on prototyping, engineering and building your Network Performance Management solution, including required integration and interfaces from other systems. The third, "Governance Track", is focused on managing the risk and scope of the implementation effort. The FastTrack implementation methodology includes the following phases:
Knowledge Engineering
The objectives of this phase are to develop a clear understanding of your business requirements and to develop a common understanding of your Network Performance Management solution. Key activities of this phase include joint requirements sessions, Network Performance Management Fundamentals boot camp, prototyping, and environment setup.
Solution Engineering
The objectives of this phase are to design your Network Performance Management solution and finish prototyping the build. The solution prototype will enable the team to develop a common understanding of the solution and its impacts on your operations.
Solution Build
The objectives of this phase are to build and test the solution. This phase uses overlapping build and test cycles to deliver your Network Performance Management solution.
Knowledge Transfer
The objective of this phase is to prepare your organization for the rollout of the Network Performance Management solution.
Solution Deployment
The objective of this phase is to roll out the Network Performance Management solution to the production environment and to begin post-production support
