Job Scope:

As a Sr. Consultant you will be responsible for designing and conceptualizing innovative technology solutions to solve complex business problems.

Additional Roles and responsibilities:

·         Gather, analyze, interpret, and document project related business requirements

·         Obtain client sign-off on business requirements documentation

·         Communicate with client on project direction, progress, and requirements analysis

·         Coordinate project meetings, planning sessions, and customer meetings.

·         Perform gap analysis

·         Perform business risk assessment analysis and support the Engagement Manager in determining project risk and risk mitigation

·         Work as a liaison between the client and Portico’s business and development teams

·         Assist in developing strategies to solve complex business problems related to the project

·         Assist with Portico product configuration

·         Manage customer expectations

·         Create test plans, use cases, and process flows for projects

·         Lead user acceptance testing and other project phases as required

·         Assist in the sales support role with product demonstrations

·         Maintain and expand client relationships

Qualifications:

·        5 + years business analysis, systems analysis and/or management consulting experience

·        Bachelors degree

·        Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience and familiarity with relational data models

·        Healthcare industry experience highly desirable

·        Willingness to travel up to 100%

·        Self motivation to continuously learn and innovate

·        Enthusiasm for leading and guiding team members to deliver client value

·        Drive to overcome business obstacles with technology solutions

·        Judgment in selecting solutions and methods for obtaining value-added results

·        Superior oral and written communications ability
